Vancouver, Canada – Blende Silver Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX.V: BAG) announces a non-brokered private placement of both Flow-Trough and Non Flow-Through units. Up to 15,000,000 Flow-though units, at a price of $0.10 per unit and up to 18,750,000 Non Flow-Through units, at a price of $0.08 per unit could be issued, All units will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.20 per share for a period of 4 years from the closing.
The proceeds from the private placement will be used to advance the Blende property and for general working capital. The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and all securities are subject to a four month hold period. Finder’s fees may be payable in connection with the private placement, all in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
